Community Guidelines

Groupiez is operated by 372 Labs Inc. and is built for real fans to find each other safely. These guidelines explain how we expect everyone to behave. Violations may result in content removal, restricted features, or account suspension.

Trust first

• No ticket sales or resale. Do not buy, sell, trade, or broker tickets anywhere on Groupiez — including DMs after a match. Use official venue or ticket partner links on event cards only.
• Intro requests only. Do not attempt cold DMs, mass intros, or workarounds to message people who have not accepted your intro.
• Report and block. If something feels off, report it and block the user. We review reports and may take action on scams, harassment, and spam.

Verification tiers

New accounts have limited messaging until they verify email and, for messaging, phone number. Higher-trust tiers unlock more intros per day. These limits protect the community from bots and bad actors — not to gatekeep genuine fans.

Concert logs and reviews

• Log shows you actually attended. Do not fabricate logs to inflate overlap or manipulate matches.
• Manual entries may be marked unverified; catalog-linked shows may show as verified when available.
• Star ratings and post-show reviews should reflect honest experience — no paid or coordinated fake reviews.
• Respect others' privacy tiers. Do not screenshot or repost private log details outside the app without permission.

Artist rooms and comments

• Keep discussion on-topic and respectful — debate taste, not attack people.
• No hate speech, slurs, or targeted harassment.
• No ticket spam, external sales links, or unsolicited contact info in comments.
• Pre-show hype comments are moderated; risky content may be held or removed.

Location and privacy

Do not attempt to deanonymize other users — asking for exact addresses, stalking show histories, or publishing attendee lists is prohibited. Groupiez shows metro and neighborhood bucket only; honor that boundary.

Authenticity

• Use your real identity at a display-name level; no impersonation of artists or venues.
• One account per person. Evading bans by creating new accounts is not allowed.
• Do not use automation, scrapers, or bots on Groupiez.

Enforcement

We use automated tools and human review to detect ticket spam, harassment, and other violations. Penalties range from warnings to permanent bans depending on severity and history. Appeals may be available by contacting safety@groupiez.live.
