Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 372 Labs Inc.(“372 Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your access to and use of Groupiez on the web and in our mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Groupiez. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• One person per account. Impersonation, fake profiles, and account sharing for abuse are prohibited.
• You may sign in with email and password or supported third-party sign-in options where available, including Sign in with Apple on iOS.
• Email and phone verification may be required before certain features — including messaging — unlock. Trust tiers and intro limits help protect the community from abuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, dox, or harm other users.
• Buy, sell, resell, or broker tickets — including in messages, reviews, or artist rooms.
• Send spam, scams, phishing links, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Circumvent intro-only messaging or messaging limits.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission.
• Post illegal content or content that infringes others' rights.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Intro-only messaging

Groupiez uses intro requests — not open direct messages. You may message another user only after they accept your intro. We may limit intro volume by account age, verification status, and subscription tier. Links and contact info in early messages may be restricted to reduce spam.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (concert logs, reviews, comments, profile text, photos, and ticket images used for imports). By posting content, you grant Groupiez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service — including moderation, safety review, and ticket-import processing — consistent with your privacy settings.

You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate these Terms. Do not upload tickets or messages that contain sensitive information you do not want processed for import.

Ticket import

You may log shows by scanning a ticket image or forwarding ticket emails to your personal inbound address. Imported data is used to pre-fill concert logs for your review before anything is saved to your profile. You are responsible for the accuracy of completed logs and for only importing tickets you have the right to use.

Events and outbound links

Event listings, dates, and ticket links may come from venues, public feeds, partner APIs, community calendars, and automated ingestion. Many listings are not reviewed by us for accuracy. We do not guarantee dates, lineups, prices, or availability. Ticket purchases happen on third-party sites. Official links on event cards are provided for convenience; we are not the ticket seller unless explicitly stated.

Paid features

Groupiez offers optional paid or upgraded tiers — including fan Plus, student pricing where available, and professional tools for artists and venues. Prices, features, and eligibility may change. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Canceling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.

Web purchases of fan Plus are processed by Stripe. iOS purchases of Groupiez Plus are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Restoring purchases re-links an existing App Store subscription to your Groupiez account on a device signed in with the same Apple ID.

Artist Studio, Venue Studio, promotions, and ambassador tools are subject to additional review, approval, and acceptable-use rules. Misuse may result in removal from those programs without refund.

App Store purchases (including Groupiez Plus on iOS) are billed by Apple. Refund requests for those purchases are handled by Apple. See our Privacy Policy for how App Store billing and any optional consumption sharing with Apple for refund reviews work.

In-app promotions

Free accounts may see first-party promotional placements in discovery and browse surfaces. Plus subscribers generally do not see these placements. We do not sell your personal data to third-party ad networks for off-platform targeting.

Disclaimers

Groupiez is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, event attendance, or any particular outcome from using the app. Use your judgment when meeting people offline.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groupiez and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the Groupiez app or on the web. Deletion removes your profile and associated data (subject to legal retention where required). If you cannot access Settings, contact privacy@groupiez.live. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations or risk to the community. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may require renewed consent where required by law.
