This Cookie Policy explains how 372 Labs Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit Groupiez on the web or in our apps. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar browser storage — such as local storage — for session state and lightweight preferences. They help the site remember you and keep you signed in.

Cookies and storage we use

• Essential / authentication: session cookies and tokens that keep you logged in, protect your account, and route realtime features. These are required for authenticated use and cannot be disabled while you are signed in.
• Security and routing: short-lived values used by our edge and application layers to validate requests and maintain secure sessions.
• Integration sign-in: temporary state cookies when you connect optional music or ticket accounts. They are removed after the connection flow completes.
• Preferences: local choices such as dismissed banners or UI state, stored on your device where applicable.

What we do not use

Groupiez does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on the web app today. In-app promotional placements for free accounts are served by us directly and do not rely on third-party ad-network cookies. Server-side usage logs are separate from browser cookies and are described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile apps

Our iOS and Android apps use on-device storage for sign-in state and preferences rather than traditional browser cookies. Push notification permissions and device tokens are handled outside of cookies; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Your choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies or clearing site data will sign you out and may prevent authenticated features from working. Because we do not currently use non-essential third-party analytics or advertising cookies on the web app, there is no separate cookie-consent banner for those categories at this time.
